monfresh: See Something? Cite Something is a great flowchart that describes one of my biggest internet pet peeves. It was designed by Rosscott and Caldwell. Both of us have had plenty of experience with our work making its way across the internet, both with and without attribution to our hard work, and so we thought we would make a comic/chart about how to do it right. (via MeFi) UPDATE: I also wanted to mention that whenever I come across an image void of attribution that’s worth posting on Chez Moncef, the first thing I do is look up on TinEye. If you find yourself in the same situation, you should use TinEye too. It’s a great tool for tracking down the source of an image/photo.
